The Evaluation Conclave, 2017 will be held from 6-9 June 2017 (both days inclusive) at the Le Meridien Hotel, Thimphu, Bhutan.

International airlines do not fly to Paro (the main Airport in Bhutan). All flights to Paro are by Druk Air <https://www.drukair.com.bt/> and Bhutan Airlines <http://www.bhutanairlines.bt/>; the main originating points are Delhi, Kathmandu, Mumbai, Kolkata, Singapore and Bangkok (for Druk Air), and Delhi, Kathmandu and Bangkok (for Bhutan Airlines). Druk Air also flies via Dhaka.

Flights to Paro in June are quite full already, and thenumber of flights is also limited.

It is expected that most participants will want to arrive on 5 June and depart on 10 June.It is therefore imperative that those wishing to travel to Thimphu contact the accredited travel agent of CoE SA, Amen Tours and Treks for air ticket bookings. Amen Tours have a limited allocation of seats for 5 June and 10 June from and to DELHI; it is urged that participants contact the Travel agent if they wish to have tickets on these dates (or for other dates).
